Samantha has been cooking and baking for over 20 years, and is passionate about bringing to the market the kind of fruitcakes that we'd all like to make at home if only we had the time.  The response to the launch of The Fabulous Fruitcake Company in 2008 has been rapturous and she has quickly built up a loyal customer base. 

In December 2008, Samantha won the Waitrose Food Illustrated annual ' top of the puds' competition for her Black Cherry and Double Chocolate pudding. The judges for this competition  included Delia Smith, Pru Leith, Tom Parker-Bowles and WFI editor William Sitwell amongst others.
