The Champagne & Fine Wine
Piper Heidseick Gold Top 2002 Brut
Established in 1785, Piper Heidsieck is one of the few remaining family owned Champagne houses. Their Champagnes today are made by Regis Camus, who won winemaker of the year in 2004 and 2007, at the London International Wine Challenge. We have selected Piper Heidseick because of their commitment to quality, and the elegance and style of their champagnes. Vintage cuvees such as Gold Top 2002, are made from exceptional harvests only.
Fine Old Muscat, Buller, Australia
Buller is one of Australia's leading wine producers. Founded in 1921, it is still managed by Valerie Buller, the family matriarch and one of the first women to enter to Australian wine market.
Fine Old Muscat is a world class Australian pudding wine. To achieve this depth and complexity of style, the wines spend a number of years slowly maturing in old oak casks and it is this that gives the wine its sweetness and intense flavours of honey, raisins and toffee.
Our Packaging
The Cake Tin
We have chosen to use tin as our packaging because it is the most environmentally friendly of all packaging. All our tins are made up of 60% recycled steel, so although they are called 'tin', they are not really tin at all. As one of the Earth's core elements, Iron is 100% biodegradable.
Please re-use and recycle your tin.
Our Hampers
Our hampers are made in China from steamed willow. Willow is a sustainable plant that is grown and cropped bi-annually. The cultivation of willow and the production of the willow hampers are organised by villages within the willow growing areas and is their main source of income.
Crinkle cut paper
This is made from 100 % recycled paper and the shredded paper that surrounds the hamper is our recycled Sunday papers!
